Loading & Unloading in your scope
Machining shall be complete within one week from the date of material received at your end.
Dimension shall be strickly maintained with tolerance given in the drawing. Final dimentions will be checked by us on machine. Inspection call to be given 3-4 days earlier to completion date.
Touch up of final paint shall be apply after final machining in your scope & paint & Thinner will be supplied by REPL

As per our cutting plan you will have to cut the blank size from the given material Balance material/scrap should be returned with each consignment as per weightment Acceptable Burning losses will be 3% of total weightment slip of BQ Plate 100% DP and 100% UT of knuckle radius and SR of the Dishend are required.
You will have to send Inspection reports and SR report with photographs of dish end to confirm readiness of the dish end so that we will be able to depute our representative for the inspection at your site He will witness UT.

Late Delivery in supply construction on part of the Contractor shall invite liquidated damages at the rate of 2% per week of total value and maximum at the rate of 5% It is however made clear that delay in deployment of manpower and machinery supply of raw material on site and delay in commencing the construction activity all events shall attract liquidated damages which the Renuka Equipments Private Limited shall be entitled to adjust forfeit either from Security Deposit or from Running Bills
The Work Order Job Work Order is accepted by the Contractor from Renuka Equipments Private Limited pursuant to negotiations held at Nagpur and is signed and delivered in token of acceptance at Nagpur in the office of the Renuka Equipments Private Limited The Courts at Nagpur shall exclusive jurisdiction in respect of all or any dispute or differences arising out of the present Work Order
Arbitration : All disputes and differences arising out of this Work Order either in relation to payment of progressive bills interpretations of terms and conditions of contract or otherwise relating performance or non-performance of contract breach of contract by Contractor shall be referred to arbitration by Sole Arbitrator in accordance with provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 amended upto date The language of the arbitral proceedings shall be English Language The Venue of the Arbitration proceedings shall be at Nagpur The Award passed by the Sole Arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties and shall have force of decree passed by the Civil Court and shall be executable as if it is a decree In the event of any disagreement on appointment of Sole Arbitrator the aggrieved party shall have recourse to provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act 1996 for the purposes of appointment of the Sole Arbitration
